HVAC Maintenance Technician - Entry Level
Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | 7:30am to 4:30pm | occasional overtime
This is a hands-on training position to build a career in the HVAC industry and become an integral part of our team
What You Will Be Doing:
- Receiving hands-on job training for residential and light commercial annual maintenance and service
- Annual maintenance / clean and check
- Delivering Excellent Customer Service to our customers
- Consulting with customers regarding repair and replacement options; Replacements needs are forwarded to the Comfort Advisor/Salesperson
- Educating clients on indoor air quality products that fit customers' needs
- Communicating with service manager about product needs, training enhancement, or desired specialty training
- Receiving instruction to obtain industry certifications including EPA & NATE's.
