Access Control (AC) is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the fabrication (FAB) facility by controlling access to restricted areas. This role ensures that personnel, contractors, visitors are permitted entry into the facility in accordance with established protocols.
English is required
Monday -Friday 7am-4:30pm
17.50 an hour with weekly pay.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control all access points to the FAB.
  • Ensure that visitors, contractors, and employees follow the proper sign-in/sign-out procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to access control.
  • Collaborate with facility management and operations teams to ensure the seamless entry and exit of authorized personnel without disrupting production or operations.
  • Ensure that all contractors wear shoe covers while entering and working in designated areas.
  • Monitor and enforce the use of shoe covers at all times to maintain site cleanliness.
  • Provide contractors with shoe covers and ensure they are properly worn.
  • Conduct regular checks to confirm compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols.
  • Report any non-compliance to management promptly.
  • Maintain inventory of shoe covers and order replacements as needed.
  • Report, with the use of the people counter, the number of people entering the FAB.

Qualifications
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • High energy level with strong commitment to service quality
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends if needed

  • Required:
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
    • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Preferred:
• 1 year of similar work experience in janitorial or construction environments
• Customer service experience
Conditions may require walking, stooping, climbing, pushing, pulling, heavy lifting (less than or equal to 35 pounds), bending, working in awkward positions handling equipment and materials. Employees will be required to wear protective clothing and/or respiratory equipment when conditions warrant.
