Position: Entry-Level Customer Relations Associate
We are actively seeking Entry-Level Customer Relations Associate to join our expanding team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients seeking support with their benefits packages. Responsibilities:
  • Assist current clients via phone and online platforms with account inquiries and product guidance.
