The Multi-Media Production Specialist supports the UAS IMS Contract at Fort Huachuca, Arizona by producing high-quality instructional media, training support materials, and documentation products in direct support of U.S. Army Aviation training. This is a dual-function role encompassing both instructional media production - including animated and video-based training content developed for classroom instruction and event and documentation support, including photography and videography of training activities, student milestones, and cadre events. Work is performed in both office and tactical field environments as mission requirements dictate.
This position requires a self-directed professional with strong technical production skills, creative problem-solving ability, and the discipline and adaptability to operate effectively in a military training environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to quality, attention to detail, and the professional maturity to produce work that meets or exceeds the standards our customer.
Responsibilities
The Contractor shall support development and production of UAS specific audio/video training materials used throughout the 2-13th AVN REGT Program of Instruction. The Contractor shall assist in the development of training scenarios, Computer Based Training, Distance Learning, Playable on Demand Videos, and filming of scenarios for use in Class Presentations and support of live flight Training Missions, as well as document historical unit events.
Media Production & Event Coverage
Capture live events: Film and photograph high-profile military and academic events including Graduations, Change of Command Ceremonies, Change of Responsibility Ceremonies, and official rehearsals.
Studio photography: Execute professional staff photos by applying professional lighting design principles and utilizing available equipment
Video creation: Produce, edit, and deliver cinematic video presentations engineered specifically for playback at large-scale graduation ceremonies.
Digital Training & 3D Animation
Instructional Media (CBT): Build Computer-Based Training (CBT) videos by translating storyboards and narration prompts into engaging, interactive learning modules.
Advanced Visuals: Integrate 3D-rendered objects and complex animations into digital media to visually simplify intricate concepts.
Physical Fabrication & Quality Control
Material Production: Print, laminate, and assemble precise operational maps, large-format posters, standard checklists, and tactical flipbooks.
Custom Engraving: Operate professional engraving equipment to customize award plaques and presentation items.
Quality Assurance: Edit final deliverables in formats specified by the customer or program management
Subject Matter Familiarity: Maintain familiarity with the subject matter of supported Programs of Instruction (POI) to ensure technical accuracy of produced content
