This isn't just a leasing job - it's the first step on a real career ladder. Our Sales Path to Leadership takes you from Leasing Consultant all the way to Director of Property Management in six steps, with a raise at every one and total pay potential up to $125,000+ as you grow.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • Entry-level friendly! Prior leasing experience not required, but certainly welcomed
  • Sales, customer service, or office experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED minimum
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to commute to and around the property, and pass a background check
  • Availability for full-time schedule: 4 weekdays (8:30 AM-5:30 PM) + most Saturdays (10 AM-4 PM)
