Job description

Maintenance Data Entry Specialist

The Maintenance Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately collecting, tracking, and entering maintenance-related data into Oracle and other database systems. This role supports the maintenance team by ensuring work orders, inspections, and related documentation are properly recorded and maintained to support operational efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, review, and process completed and partially completed maintenance work orders
  • Accurately enter work order data into Oracle and other designated database systems
  • Track and record daily maintenance inspections and ensure timely data entry
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of submitted documentation
  • Communicate with maintenance personnel to clarify missing or incomplete information
  • Maintain organized records of work orders, inspection logs, and maintenance documentation
  • Generate basic reports on maintenance activities as requested
  • Assist in identifying data discrepancies and support corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintenance documentation standards
  • Assist other job functions as required.
Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Work Experience:

Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred (maintenance or industrial environment is a plus)

Knowledge Required:

  • Must be able to demonstrate proper use and safe handling of tools, equipment and materials.
  • Knowledge of the mining industry underground environment
  • Experience with Oracle or similar CMMS/ERP systems preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to pass background clearance check, drug screening and physical. Must stay
