Title: Data Entry  Specialist

Type of Placement: Temp to Perm

Shift: 1st 9:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday

Pay: $18.00-$19.00

Summary:

Our client is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Data Entry Associates for a short-term project. This assignment involves accurately entering, updating, and verifying information while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Ideal candidates are organized, proficient with computers, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for temporary work with immediate starting potential.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Accurately enter data into company databases and systems.
  • Review documents for completeness and verify information for accuracy.
  • Update, organize, and maintain electronic records.
  • Identify and correct data entry errors as needed.
  • Scan, file, and organize physical and digital documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding discrepancies or missing information.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical support tasks as assigned.

and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or GED is often preferred.
