Client Services Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Representative to join our team at AtlantiCare Surgery Center, LLC. In this role, you will provide front-desk support and ensure a positive patient experience. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing patient insurance information, and offering accurate financial guidance. With a focus on customer service, you will contribute to our organizational goals and collaborate with a dedicated team.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist patients and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Schedule patient appointments efficiently, ensuring timely and organized booking.
  • Verify and update patient insurance information, addressing any queries or concerns.
  • Enter client data accurately into the computer system, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Provide financial information to patients, explaining billing processes and payment options.
  • Handle telephone inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a pleasant environment.
  • Collaborate with the surgery center team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and provide feedback.
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-3 years of office experience, preferably in a medical setting.
