Job Title: Assembly A 

Job Code: 43118

Job Location: Tempe, AZ

Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days- and have every other Friday off

Job Description:

Tube Assembly operators perform day to day production activities by using most current procedures to maintain production schedules.

Essential Functions:

  • Ability to wear required PPE to fullfill shift duties: smock, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and safety glasses.
  • Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products using detailed documented procedures.
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
  • Perform visual checks of product to assure quality.
  • Identify non-conforming parts following documented procedures.
  • Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products.
  • Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
  • Must have strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
  • Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read drawings/blueprints/work instructions.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior manufacturing related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:
