EIRs leverage their entrepreneurial expertise to help organizations identify new opportunities, evaluate potential investments, or even launch their own projects with company support. The role is typically flexible and project-oriented, lasting from a few months to a year. EIRs benefit from access to resources and networks, while the host organization gains insights and leadership from proven entrepreneurs.
