Role Description The Electronics Repair Tech is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electronic components and systems used in entertainment rigging and related equipment. Day-to-day tasks include performing hands-on electronics repair, soldering components, troubleshooting boards and wiring, and testing equipment to ensure safety and reliability. The Electronics Repair Tech will document findings and repairs, maintain tools and inventory, and collaborate with rigging and production teams to resolve technical issues quickly. The role may also involve assisting with installations, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting system upgrades as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong electronics repair skills, including experience with Electronics Repair and Electronics Technology in practical environments.
- Proficiency in Electronic Troubleshooting and general Troubleshooting to diagnose component-level and system-level issues.
- Hands-on Soldering skills for through-hole and surface-mount components, with attention to safety and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.

- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical team members.
