DXS is a subsidiary of HTS and they are the industry experts in everything variable refrigerant flow (VRF), air-source heat pumps (ASHPs), ventilation, and complementary systems for high efficiency and low carbon buildings. Our teams offer a full array of solutions to design and deliver climate solutions to meet the requirements of your new or existing built environment. We educate ourselves and the industry on the latest technologies and market trends. Our services cover the full spectrum of your HVAC needs from estimating to design to start-up and beyond with ongoing training and preventative maintenance.
HTS and DXS New England both currently have full-time position available for driven and outgoing individuals. By joining HTS or DXS, you will be challenged to learn quickly and independently as you dive into HVAC and VRV equipment selections, equipment layouts, pricing and quotations under the guidance of an experienced salesperson. You will get involved in site visits, design sessions, job closings, talking to customers directly, customer entertainment and more.

DXS/HTS is looking for individuals who:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline
  • Have an entrepreneurial drive and desire to succeed
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Enjoy talking to others, building new relationships, interacting with suppliers, customers and coworkers
  • Are proficient with all basic MS software, and have the ability to learn new desktop and web based software quickly
  • Have an engineering background and have an interest in HVAC equipment and systems
