Archbold is assisting South Georgia Emergency Medicine Associates (SGEMA) in their search for an emergency medicine physician to work at Archbold Memorial in Thomasville, GA. Below are a few details regarding Archbold's Emergency Department and the position with SGEMA.

Position Details:

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
  • Full time Independent Contractor
  • Majority day shifts, with 2-4 nights
  • 9 - 11HR shifts available

Emergency Department:

  • Level three trauma center
  • 36HR Physician coverage
  • 24 HR APP Coverage
  • 5 ambulance bays
  • 4 fast track rooms to reduce patient wait time
  • Isolation rooms with independent air control system
