Job description

Must be within 30 miles of Castle Park 

The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the HR department (and/or park leadership), helping ensure smooth office operations, accurate recordkeeping, and responsive support to employees and guests as needed. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing 
  • Greet and direct employees, applicants, and visitors 
  • Maintain and organize employee files and records, ensuring confidentiality 
  • Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding logistics 
  • Support scheduling of meetings, interviews, and training sessions 
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries, routing as appropriate 
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accuracy in HR systems 
  • Order and maintain office/department supplies 
  • Support special events, seasonal hiring pushes, or administrative projects as assigned 
  • Assist with payroll and benefits questions 
  • Maintain scheduling report to include time punch audits
