Job Summary:
The Bancorp is a leader in financial services innovation, and they are seeking a VP Enterprise Project Manager IV to lead complex technology and enterprise initiatives. This role is responsible for end-to-end execution, financial oversight, and driving accountability across large-scale programs.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Leads large, cross-functional enterprise and technology initiatives from initiation through post-implementation.
โ€ข Establishes program structure, governance, and delivery roadmaps aligned to strategic priorities.
โ€ข Develops and manages project budgets, forecasts, ROI analysis, and resource plans.
โ€ข Proactively manages risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes.
โ€ข Provides executive-level reporting, decision support, and status transparency.
โ€ข Drives accountability across business, technology, operations, and external partners.
โ€ข Ensures deliverables meet defined scope, quality standards, and regulatory expectations.
โ€ข Removes delivery impediments and resolve cross-functional conflicts.
โ€ข Mentors project managers and contributes to continuous improvement of PMO standards.
โ€ข Partners with third-party vendors to ensure performance, SLA adherence, and integration with enterprise objectives.
