JOB INFORMATION:
Job Title: Enterprise Resource Planning Analyst
Department(s): 5070 - Finance
Location(s): Hutchinson Island
FLSA Status: Exempt
JOB OVERVIEW:
Under the general supervision of ERP Manager - the ERP Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance, and enhancement of GPA's future ERP applications consisting of Workday, PRISM and IBM Maximo. This role partners with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure application functionality, troubleshoot issues, support system integrations, and drive continuous process improvements.
Upholds the values of the GPA to promote Safety, Integrity, Respect, Community, Creativity and Opportunity. Promotes a safe work environment by participating in safety initiatives and reporting unsafe conditions and behaviors.
JOB DUTIES:
  • Support GPA's future-state Workday, PRISM and Maximo ERP implementation by participating in the design, configuration, testing and go live phases of the project. Provide ongoing post go-live functional and technical support for Workday & Maximo
  • Support GPA's ongoing legacy SAP and ADP solutions during the ERP transformation until the Workday & Maximo ERP implementation is completed
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, resolve and/or coordinate resolution with vendors and internal teams
  • Gather, analyze and document business requirements & system documentation
  • Configure and maintain application components including business processes, workflows, security, notifications, forms, automation, and system settings
  • Support new system releases through configuration, testing and deployment
  • Monitor service requests and incident queues to meet service level expectations
  • Supporting operational reports & dashboards
  • Develop & support integrations between Workday, Maximo and other systems
  • Support end users with guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer
  • Participate in ERP projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Functional or Technical knowledge of ERP applications such as Workday, IBM Maximo, or any similar Cloud applications Low
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills Medium
  • Preferred knowledge of workflow configuration, reporting or integrations Low

Experience
  • 1-3 years Experience supporting and/or implementing ERP applications such as Workday, IBM Maximo, or any similar Cloud applications Required

Education
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience

Licenses & Certifications
  • TWIC - Transportation Worker Identification Credential Required Upon Hire
  • Driver's License - Valid state driver's license Required Upon Hire
