Job description

Description: Position Summary

The Busser / Server Assistant supports the Food & Beverage service team by maintaining clean, organized, and well-prepared dining environments that enable exceptional guest experiences at Vinarosa Resort. This role is essential to service flow, table readiness, and overall operational efficiency across restaurants, bars, lounges, and event venues. Bussers work closely with servers, hosts, and leadership to ensure tables are cleared, reset, and staged promptly according to service standards. Attention to cleanliness, urgency, and detail is critical to guest perception and satisfaction. The role contributes directly to service pace, table turns, and team productivity. Through teamwork and consistency, the Busser helps uphold luxury brand standards and supports positive guest impressions.

Key Responsibilities

· Clear and reset tables promptly in accordance with service standards

· Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and guest pathways

· Assist servers with pre-bussing, water service, and table maintenance

· Stock and replenish linens, silverware, glassware, and service supplies

· Support service pacing by ensuring tables are guest-ready at all times

· Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned

· Transport dirty dishes and glassware safely to dishwashing areas

· Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards consistently

· Communicate table status and guest needs to servers and hosts

· Support banquet and event service execution when scheduled

· Handle service equipment safely and responsibly

· Respond professionally to guest requests and escalate when appropriate

Physical & Scheduling Requirements
