Jumoke Academy seeks motivated and innovative ELA (English, Language & Arts) certified teachers, who are committed to excellence for every child and will accept nothing less. These individuals must be highly motivated and mission-driven; teachers who sweat the small stuff without losing sight of the big picture.  The ideal teacher candidate will have a proven track record of:

QUALIFICATIONS
Certification/License:         Appropriate CT State Certification
Education:                          An accredited Bachelor's or Masters Degree
Experience:                        At least three years of teaching experience at the intermediate elementary and middle school level.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT AND WORK SCHEDULE
Ten month work year. Standard teacher work schedule, including attendance at professional development, open houses, parent conferences and staff meetings as needed.
