Job description

Janitor (part-time)

This is an evening part-time position. The work days are Monday through Friday, 4 hours daily starting at 5:00pm.

  • General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition
  • Dusting / Vacuuming/ Mopping / Sweeping
  • Disinfecting/Sanitizing Surfaces
  • Collect and dispose of trash.
  • Clean up spills with appropriate equipment
  • Cleaning Offices / Restrooms/ Breakroom/ Common areas
  • Lifting up to 25 - 50 lbs.
  • Walking up and down steps
  • Other duties as assigned and determined upon facility needs.

Requirements

  • Pass a background screening.
  • Experience in the cleaning industry (Minimum 2 years)
  • Good customer service communication. 
  • Dynamic, reliable, responsible, proactive.
  • Capable to work in a group                
  • English speaking or bilingual. (English & Spanish).
