Job Overview

We are seeking a professional, English-speaking Virtual Receptionist to handle front-desk responsibilities virtually. You’ll be the first point of contact for our business, offering exceptional customer service through calls, messages, and emails all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate team member
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional manner
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
  • Maintain and update client contact information and CRM entries
  • Provide administrative support to internal teams
  • Greet clients (virtually), record messages, and ensure smooth communication flow
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, virtual assistant, or customer support agent
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-first attitude
  • Proficient in using tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Calendly, and CRM systems
  • Stable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends (if needed)
