Job description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all sales activities such as planning and budgeting, managing, and building customer relationships.
  • Provide bid phase shipping estimates and development of pricing & cost forecasts.
  • Communicate with various contacts (vendors, partners, teams and more) in processing shipment setups. 
  • Coordinate and arrange all modes of import/export services for international goods.
  • Expedite clearance and delivery to meet client's requirements
  • Prepare/Present proposals and customer facing presentations
  • Maintain and compile operational information including but not limited to customer/vendor profiles, contracts, quotes, and other related data to sales and operation activity.
  • Research, plan, and participate in route surveys to identify optimal logistics solutions. 
  • Collaborate with state and county permitting agencies to ensure compliance and successful project deliveries.
  • Provide on-site support on high-risk logistics projects and moves. 
  • Monitor and report project progress through weekly sales performance updates. Maintain strong understanding of logistics markets and related industry sectors. 
  • Lead strategic sales initiatives and manage projects to achieve business growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of logistics industry experience in solution-based sales, with a proven track record of driving B2B and mid-market growth.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a proactive, data-driven approach.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to communicate complex logistics solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Highly skilled in problem-solving, strategic analysis, and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools preferred.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English (conversational level or higher) is required.
  • Chinese language ability is a strong plus.

The base salary range for this role is between $80,000-$140,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
