Job description

  • Assists in overall operation of volume restaurants.
  • Assists with the selection, training, and supervision of restaurant staff.
  • Ensures operating supplies are maintained to par.
  • Administers procedures, record-keeping, and revenue controls.
  • Maintains facility in a clean, safe, and sanitary operating condition.
  • Promotes positive public relations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • College degree (may substitute additional experience for degree).
  • Minimum of two (2) years of appropriate experience.
  • Strong food service and training skills.
  • Excellent coaching and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to motivate service staff to provide an entertaining dining experience.
