In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their shopping experience. You will play a critical role in driving sales and building lasting relationships with our clientele. If you have a passion for customer service and a knack for sales, we want to hear from you! As a key member of the Evans Toyota sales team, you will serve as a product expert, staying comprehensive in your understanding of our vehicle offerings, optional packages, and current technology. You will guide bilingual customers through the entire sales and leasing process—from initial vehicle selection and product presentations to test drives, overcoming objections, and finalizing paperwork—ensuring clear and professional communication in English and  Burmese as required. Exceptional customer service is a necessity, as you will be responsible for following up with purchasers before and after transactions to ensure total satisfaction, cultivate referral business, and establish a robust client network. Together with sales management and colleagues, you will work toward meeting individual and team sales targets while maintaining an appealing sales floor and welcoming environment.
