Job description

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to continue growing your Civil Engineering career while working on a variety of Local, Federal, and State Government projects.
As a Civil EIT, you will contribute to the design of civil systems including grading, drainage, hydrology, and utilities for a variety of site development projects. Working under the guidance of licensed Engineers you'll gain exposure to multiple markets and geographies, expanding your knowledge and deepening your skills in building systems design. Your responsibilities will include preparing stormwater management calculations, reports, and design drawings, participating in field investigations, and performing construction administration services. We're looking for an independent self-starter who can navigate efficiently through various design stages, from concept plans to construction documents, and who brings strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with peers and clients.

Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with 2-4 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution. Candidates must hold an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification and should have hands-on experience using Autodesk Civil 3D. We value individuals who thrive in a team environment, bring a positive attitude, and demonstrate the ability to multitask while remaining self-motivated to deliver high-quality work. A strong desire to learn, grow professionally, and take initiative is equally important. Additionally, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and be able to obtain a security clearance.
