Job description

CNC Programming Verifier
Accuracy - Analysis - Assurance
Do you thrive on precision and catching what others might overlook? Are you driven by accuracy and take pride in getting it right the first time?
WALCO Tool & Engineering is seeking a CNC Programming Verifier to support our high-precision manufacturing team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality by verifying CNC programs and collaborating with machinists and engineers in a respectful, team-focused environment where craftsmanship still matters.
What You'll Do:
  • Use CAD software to verify CNC machine code
  • Analyze detailed engineering drawings for design elements
  • Review standardized programming documentation based on blueprint specifications and routing sheets
  • Create and evaluate solid models of parts
  • Assess electronic data for accuracy, completeness and potential issues
  • Collaborate with machinists and engineers to optimize performance and quality

What We're Looking for:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of CAD and 3D modeling applications
  • SolidWorks experience preferred
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading
  • Familiarity with G-code is a plus
  • Vericut experience a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Prior machining experience is a plus
