Job Summary: Engineering - Industrial Engineer

About the Role:
Join a forward-thinking manufacturing team as an Industrial Engineer and play a critical role in driving operational excellence. This position is ideal for candidates passionate about optimizing workflows, implementing innovative solutions, and leveraging data-driven strategies to boost efficiency and productivity. You will have the opportunity to influence facility design, process improvements, and mentor others while expanding your expertise in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and streamline plant and production facility workflows to maximize efficiency
- Develop and implement large-scale factory and equipment layout designs to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Conduct cost control, cost reduction, and inventory management studies to identify improvement areas
- Establish and continuously improve work measurement and time standards using PMTS, work sampling, and direct time study techniques
- Lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives across operations
- Utilize ERP systems and manufacturing software for production planning and analytics
- Support or lead training and accident prevention programs for production personnel
- Assist in facility modification planning and collaborate with facilities engineers
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial engineering role within manufacturing
- 6+ years of experience in factory layout and design, equipment and workspace layout development
- Proven track record in work measurement and time standards
