Summary

Plans, lays out, assembles, modifies, validates, and maintains test equipment and related structural assemblies by reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and sketches. Assists engineers in operating test equipment to obtain performance data on parts and assemblies under varying operating conditions Collects, compiles and summarizes test data, and reviews results with engineering to resolve problems such as product or equipment issues, malfunctions and incomplete test data. Diagnoses test equipment malfunctions, and services and repairs equipment as required Prepares drawings or schematics of electronic power distribution systems involving electronic circuitry. Prepares drawings for heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems, piping systems, refrigeration systems and equipment machinery, engines and mechanical apparatus Prepares maps, cross-sections, logs, graphs and charts used in resource exploration operations.

  • Provideday-to-daycoordinationofactivitiesforyour specific areasor segments underyourresponsibility.
  • Creation of OMS for multiple products
  • Implementandimprovestandardoperating procedures under engineering direction
  • eliminatingunnecessaryworkandimprove production floor efficiency via time studies in assigned areas
  • Provide prototype documentation and build support
  • Provide production line support under guidance of engineering
  • Maintain an accurate pricing structure to ensure that policies and job expectations are met.
  • Implementation of new processes on new and custom build products
  • Provide and assist with new product lines and updates to current production lines as directed
  • Develop goalsas needed to ensure objectives are understood and realistic schedules developed with establisheddeadlines.Trackteamperformanceagainsttheir objectives and drive them to aggressively grow their/our business.
  • Provide training plans and conduct training as required to increase product and process knowledge.

Requirements

  • Certification from technical or trade school
  • 5+ years ofprogressivetechnicalproductionexperience in a relatedfield(preferred)or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Educated and experienced in blueprint and technical document review with ability to understand and read technical details from prints, drawings, and other documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide, direct and provide technical guidance to production floor.
  • Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate technically, both internally with various departments and externally with customers.
  • Solid organization skills and strong multi-tasking abilities in a timeline driven environment.
  • Proficient in AutoCad and SolidWorks
