Engineering Recruiter

Optimal Staffing is expanding our high-performing staffing team, and we're looking to add multiple Engineering Recruiters who are passionate about connecting top talent with leading automotive and engineering clients. As a trusted partner to OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers, we pride ourselves on building long-term relationships and delivering tailored recruiting solutions that drive success for both candidates and clients.

What You'll Do
Own full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles, managing a continuous load of 10-12 open requisitions
Source and engage quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing methods
Conduct technical and behavioral screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Coordinate interview logistics, provide candidate coaching, and deliver timely feedback
Extend offers and support onboarding activities
Maintain accurate and detailed records in our ATS, including pipeline activity and recruitment outcomes
Represent Optimal at career fairs and industry events to attract and engage top talent
Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and client requirements

What We're Looking For
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
1-2 years of experience recruiting engineering talent, preferably in the automotive industry (OEM experience a plus)
Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
