Job description

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineering Technician / Industrial Maintenance Technician on the 3rd shift in our industrial manufacturing environment, you will operate as a highly skilled maintenance technician and electromechanical technician supporting our advanced, climatecontrolled industrial manufacturing operations. This role focuses on industrial maintenance, electromechanical maintenance, and overall manufacturing maintenance capacities within a modern medicaldevice industrial manufacturing facility.

You will work within a clean, dry, boilerfree industrial manufacturing environment and be provided your own IDEXX tool box, assigned desk, computer, and cellphone. This is a manufacturing maintenance technician role designed for experienced industrial maintenance technicians with strong electromechanical expertise. This is a very clean medical device plant-you won't get dirty.

Schedule (Industrial Maintenance - 3rd Shift):
Monday to Friday
9:30 PM - 6:00 AM

What You'll Need - Industrial & ElectroMechanical Maintenance Expertise

  • Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician, electromechanical technician, or maintenance technician in industrial manufacturing maintenance roles

  • Strong background troubleshooting AC and DC electrical systems in industrial maintenance environments

  • Hands-on experience with industrial electromechanical systems including:

  • Motion control systems

  • Conveyors and motors

  • Pneumatics and sensors

  • PLCs (Allen Bradley controllers preferred)

  • Epson and Fanuc robots (highly desirable for electromechanical technicians)

  • Ability to disassemble, reassemble, and troubleshoot complex electromechanical and industrial maintenance systems

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance capacities, such as:

  • Industrial maintenance

  • Maintenance technician roles

  • Electromechanical technician positions

  • Manufacturing maintenance technician or related manufacturing maintenance capacities

  • Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends when required to support industrial manufacturing maintenance needs

What You'll Do - Industrial ElectroMechanical Maintenance:

  • Perform preventive and corrective industrial maintenance on all industrial manufacturing equipment using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)

  • Function as a seniorlevel maintenance technician supporting electromechanical maintenance across the facility

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize complex electromechanical systems including:

  • - Visionguided robotic systems

  • - Motors and controllers

  • - Pneumatic pickandplace equipment

  • - Precision liquid dispensing systems

  • - Ultrasonic welding equipment

  • - Cam and indexerdriven industrial manufacturing machinery

  • Apply rootcause analysis methodologies common to industrial maintenance and manufacturing maintenance capacities

  • Recommend corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime

  • Analyze and compile engineering and maintenance data to support industrial manufacturing maintenance decisions

  • Collaborate daily with engineering, production, and other industrial maintenance technicians to ensure the safe, efficient, and productive operation of all industrial manufacturing and electromechanical equipment
