Job description

-Support process and maintenance activities
-Execute lock out / tag out procedures
-Trouble shoot PLC, pneumatic, and electrical equipment
-Develop, implement, and verify document parameter settings for all application equipment
-Develop and improve upon AMMS(Automated Maintenance Management System)
-Fabricate and repair equipment using milling machines and lathes
-Assist in the development of robotic path motions and operating parameters for the introduction of new products
-Perform Daily electrical and mechanical maintenance on conveyors, heat exchangers, robots, motors, chillers, loaders, grinders, EOAT's, and other electronic equipment to ensure optimum performance and utilization
-Actively respond and improve equipment performance to improve key operating indicators(KOI)
-Maintain organized daily logs of all maintenance activities
-Experience in with mechanical and electrical maintenance
-Injection molding is a plus
-Robotic Experience is a plus
