What You'll Do

As a System Analyst/Programmer, you will:

  • Analyze business and technical requirements and develop solutions that meet the needs of the Credit Union.
  • Design, develop, test, document, and maintain applications and software solutions.
  • Write, review, and modify code while ensuring applications are secure, reliable, and efficient.
  • Analyze workflows and evaluate the impact of system changes, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to support applications and technology initiatives.
  • Coordinate and support system configurations, upgrades, integrations, testing, and releases.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing, regression testing, and validation of system changes.
  • Maintain technical documentation and help ensure the security and integrity of Credit Union systems and data.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a candidate with strong analytical, programming, and problem-solving skills who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related technical or business field or five years of directly related experience as a System Analyst, Programmer, or similar role.
  • Experience with application development, programming, systems analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Experience in a credit union or banking environment is a plus.
