Job description

We are seeking a committed Project Manager Intern. As a Project Manager Intern, you'll help turn ideas and requirements into well-organised, delivered projects. You will work closely with product, engineering, design, and client teams in Sweden, Finland, and Sri Lanka to plan work, coordinate tasks, track progress, manage risks, and ensure smooth communication. This internship is a hands-on opportunity to learn end-to-end project delivery in a fast-moving tech environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and structuring projects: timelines, milestones, and task breakdowns.
  • Help organise and run project meetings (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) and document decisions.
  • Track progress in tools like JIRA/Notion/Trello and follow up on action items.
  • Support coordination between development, design, QA, and client stakeholders.
  • Identify and log risks, blockers, and dependencies; help drive mitigation actions.
  • Maintain and update project documentation: project charters, roadmaps, status reports, and change logs.
  • Prepare simple dashboards or trackers (Excel/Sheets) for timelines, scope, and resource allocation.
  • Assist in release planning and go-live coordination, including checklists and communication updates.
  • Contribute to client-facing updates, presentations, and summary reports.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, IT/Information Systems, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills; structured, proactive, and detail-oriented.
