Job description

OLH Technical Services, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a candidate to fill a Senior Program Manager role in Orange Park, FL.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the Contracted effort.
  • Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.
  • Oversee contractor execution of the contract requirements.
  • Manage acquisition and employment of program and project resources.

Position Requirements:
  • US Citizen.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance; Candidates currently possessing an Active Secret Clearance are preferred.
  • MA/MS degree in a Business or other relevant Business-Related Discipline.
  • Ten (10) years' experience in Supply Chain/Logistics.
  • Three (3) years of experience in SAP/Navy ERP.
  • Knowledgeable of acquisition policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of and experience with the requirements of the DOD 5000 series.
  • Ability to work with large and diverse teams.
  • Ability to effectively provide guidance, direction, and supervision in all areas of contracted effort such as program management, systems engineering, major system acquisitions, and financial management.
