What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver meaningful outcomes to business lines at Galaxy
  • Partner with business unit(s) to solve problems and manage execution related to business expansion, regulatory change, and technology delivery
  • Work with business unit to help translate requirements into deliverable specs
  • Manage overall project lifecycle and implement project management processes to ensure excellent delivery
  • Ability to understand regulatory landscape to assess business impact, structure and execute on reg. change program delivery
  • Partner with groups across the company (finance, compliance, risk, technology, operations and more to ensure accurate breadth and coverage for any specific project)
  • Through your work, impact and create process inputs, streamline workflows, and improve project management
  • Ensure communication with relevant stakeholders and provide progress, status and risks updates
  • Work on some of the most challenging, ambiguous and critical projects core to the success of Galaxy
  • Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.

What We're Looking For:
  • 7+ years of experience in reg. change, product or project management, business development or management consulting
  • Experience with project management or program management practices and methodologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and multitask
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to make processes more efficient
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment with good communication skills
  • An interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
  • Experience working with stakeholders across different functions to drive to a common goal
  • Familiarity with US regulatory regimes and compliance framework (SEC, CFTC, OCC etc.)
  • Entrepreneurial nature and drive to implement change

The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise and local market. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. At Galaxy, we maintain a total compensation philosophy which consists of a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and equity incentives.
Base Salary Range
$160,000-$200,000 USD
