The ESD Program Manager Manufacturing Quality is responsible for providing overall leadership in executing the Business wide Electro Static Discharge Management System within 9 manufacturing sites. The position works closely with product line management and cross-functional teams-including Technology, Operations, Engineering, and Supplier Quality-to address and reduce the Cost of Quality and enhance product profitability.   • Maintain and improve the company ESD control Program
  • Ensure compliance with ANSI/ESD S20.20 and IEC 61340 Standards
  • Conduct Factory audits and workstation evaluations
  • Investigating ESD/EOS-related product failures
  • Develop Corrective and preventive actions
  • Train manufacturing associates on ESD best practices
  • Manage grounding, ionization, packaging and material controls
  • Analyze trends and recommend process improvements
What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS or BA Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • 5 +years ofESD experience in Manufacturing or electronics

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of ANSI/ESD S20.20
  • Experience with ESD testing equipment and auditing
  • Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Extensive operations/manufacturing quality experience
  • Knowledge of Appliances manufacturing processes
  • High initiative, self-starter, proactive, dedicated, results oriented, a team player.
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience in high volume manufacturing environment

Working Conditions:

  • Travel to other manufacturing locations as needed (15-25%)
