JOB DESCRIPTION:

Conduct various types of plan reviews remotely. Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner, clients are well supported and clearly communicated with, and maintain a strong focus on helping clients build efficiently and correctly.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE โ€“ This Role:

  • Perform plan review as scheduled.
  • Provide clear and accurate feedback to each client.
  • Communicate each day worked with the Plan Review Administrator project timelines and status updates.
  • Complete daily timesheets listing each work task performed, time required to complete the task and list any other costs or charges incurred. Email daily timesheet by 6 AM the following workday.
  • Be on the lookout for work from existing clients and potential clients. Communicate information with department director and marketing lead through CRM and verbally as needed.
  • Assist with take-offs and proposals as needed.
  • Assist in answering phone calls and scheduling of work tasks as required.

Must have a current driverโ€™s license and an acceptable driving record. Must also maintain an acceptable driving record while employed.
