Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Internship Location: Indianapolis, Indiana


Relocation: The internship may require relocation. Candidates must also be open to relocating to different U.S. sites if selected for the Early in Career rotational program.

Are you a rising senior interested in launching a career in manufacturing, supply chain, and operations leadership? Regal Rexnord is seeking high-performing students to join our Operations Internship Program, designed to develop future participants for our Early Career Rotational Program.

As an Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or planning environment while working on a meaningful business project that delivers measurable results. You will partner with operations leaders, learn continuous improvement principles, and develop the skills needed for future operational leadership roles.

What You'll Do

  • Support manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or planning operations.

  • Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Assist with Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Collect and analyze operational data to support business decisions.

  • Present project results and recommendations to site leadership.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations and supply chain.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

  • Expected to graduate within the next year (rising senior).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership through work, school, athletics, or extracurricular activities.

  • Interest in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, and operational excellence.

Early Career Program Opportunity

Top-performing interns may be considered for Regal Rexnord's Early Career Operations Rotational Program upon graduation. This two-year leadership development program includes rotational assignments across Manufacturing, Distribution, and Supply, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) functions at multiple U.S. locations. Relocation is an essential component of the program and provides participants with broad operational experience and accelerated career growth.
