Develop and implement manufacturing processes, tooling strategies, work instructions, engineering change procedures, and production plans. Collaborate with production, tooling, quality, and commercial teams to resolve technical challenges and support ongoing operations. Support quality initiatives including process validation, corrective actions, capability studies, and continuous improvement activities. Analyze manufacturing performance data and identify opportunities for automation, waste reduction, and operational excellence. Champion Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and cost reduction programs throughout the operation. Profile Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline preferred. Minimum of five years of engineering experience within manufacturing. Experience leading engineering teams, projects, or technical resources. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, machining, assembly, and metal-forming operations. Ability to develop and improve manufacturing systems, processes, and production methodologies. Experience supporting quality systems and regulated manufacturing environments. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with engineering design software and technical documentation. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements.
