  • Auditing incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Coordinating with Customer Service and Fabrication teams to support customer orders and delivery timelines
  • Managing freight, deliveries, and transportation logistics including internal drivers
  • Overseeing day-to-day transportation activities including dispatching, routing, and tracking shipments
  • Hiring, training, and supervising drivers and transportation staff while managing schedules and workload
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies
  • Coordinating vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs to maintain fleet reliability
  • Maintaining warehouse organization, safety standards, and housekeeping expectations
  • Conducting safety meetings and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards
  • Troubleshooting shipping or receiving issues and working to resolve root causes
  • Managing warehouse supplies, equipment, and minor facility needs
  • Ensuring standard operating procedures are followed across warehouse operations
  • Driving continuous improvement efforts including 5S and operational process improvements
  • Managing staffing levels, scheduling, and overtime needs to support operational demand

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with transportation logistics, drivers, or fleet operations is a plus
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations and transportation compliance is helpful
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with warehouse systems, RF technology, or inventory systems
  • Intermediate computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and warehouse systems
