Management Trainee

Location: Petoskey, Michigan
Are you ready to launch a career in leadership? Manthei Wood Products is seeking ambitious, motivated individuals to join our Management Trainee Program and develop into the next generation of leaders within our organization.
This is more than a job-it's an opportunity to learn every aspect of our business, gain hands-on experience, and build the skills needed to lead teams, improve processes, and drive results.
What You'll Experience
As a Management Trainee, you'll rotate through key areas of our operation, including:
  • Manufacturing Operations
  • Production Planning
  • Inventory Management
  • Quality Systems
  • Safety Programs
  • Maintenance Operations
  • Supply Chain & Logistics
  • Human Resources and Leadership Development

You'll work alongside experienced leaders, participate in meaningful projects, and gain exposure to the day-to-day challenges and opportunities that drive a successful manufacturing business.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking individuals who:
  • Have completed a Bachelor's degree in either Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, Forestry, or a related field.
  • Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

  • Are willing to learn from the ground up.
  • Communicate effectively and work well with others.
  • Are comfortable working in both office and manufacturing environments.
