Tech Savvy: Effective at using Google and AI to make smart assumptions, have sensible default values that minimize user input, and provide the right guidance and tooltips that make the experience smooth and intuitive for users.

Value Realized: Partner with our customers to develop and implement robust metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of their solutions and the value they have helped realize for their customers. Innovate in model development to ensure pre-sales models can be converted into post-sales models.

Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of value creation initiatives, including stakeholder buy-in, communication planning, and risk mitigation.

Training and Development: Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members, customer sales reps, senior leadership teams on value creation principles, methodologies, and best practices.
