PepsiCo Supply Chain Leadership Program
The goal of PepsiCo's Supply Chain New Graduate Program is to provide emerging leaders with the opportunity to leverage their academic experience in a fast-paced, real-world manufacturing and supply chain environment. The program is designed to develop future operations leaders by providing hands-on leadership experience, ownership of key business initiatives, and exposure to frontline manufacturing and warehouse operations. What will you be responsible for?
Providing daily direction, coaching, and leadership to a frontline team within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Ensuring compliance with safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Driving daily operational performance across key metrics including productivity, efficiency, service, waste, and downtime.
Leading team meetings and communicating business priorities to frontline associates.
Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities to improve operational performance.
Partnering cross-functionally with Maintenance, Quality, Human Resources, Planning, Warehousing, and Logistics teams to achieve business objectives.
Participating in leadership development opportunities, formal training, and mentorship programs designed to accelerate career growth
