What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Intern, you'll work alongside experienced maintenance professionals to support production equipment reliability and manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with preventive and predictive maintenance activities
  • Supporting equipment repairs and troubleshooting efforts
  • Learning mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance techniques
  • Participating in root cause investigations and continuous improvement projects
  • Assisting with equipment inspections, maintenance documentation, and repair records
  • Supporting spare parts inventory and maintenance organization efforts
  • Helping maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
