What you'll be doing:

    • Liaise with technology and business partners to identify and define problem statements and objectives to achieve desired customer outcome 

    • Create and maintain new and existing intake requests through JIRA & ServiceNow

    • Provide quarterly strategic planning support and consolidate support requests

    • Create and maintain updates of executive PowerPoint presentations

    • Chair meetings, take & distribute minutes to all team members and stakeholders

    • Chair and organize Community of Practice lunch and learns

    • Chair scrum/agile ceremonies within the Platform Engineering teams

    • Monitor service dashboards and keep Technology Business Partners apprised of any emerging issues as they arise that may impact customers

    • Assist in quality engineering tasks as needed

    • Collaborate with Technology Delivery Partners in the management of release management tickets

    • Consolidate and manage team confluence pages

What you bring:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong practical familiarity with generative AI tools-specifically Microsoft Copilot and Gemini and Claude -including prompt engineering basics and a clear understanding of their corporate capabilities and limitations
  • Previous experience working in a technology solution environment is an asset
  • Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Teams is an asset
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence and ServiceNow is an asset
  • Self-driven, able to move tasks & requests forward independently and with personal accountability
  • Detail-oriented team player and excellent collaborator, able to both lead & participate to develop solutions with strong customer focus
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in a professional environment
  • Strong technical aptitude and desire to learn new systems (e.g., Guidewire)
  • Adaptive and agile, able to rapidly pivot your efforts between multiple priorities as business needs change to provide value to our customers
