Are you excited to contribute to innovative research that advances food security and sustainability. Corteva Agriscience is seeking a student for a full-time internship within our FS&RE Engineering group in Indianapolis, IN. Interns will work closely with experienced scientists and technical experts with opportunities to build skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and network across the company.

What You'll Do: Personal Safety Learn and work safely within the Corteva site safety requirements. Must be able to walk site, climb ladders, hot/cold work environments, and wear proper Personnel Protective Equipment as needed at all times. Actively participate in safety activities and follow all safety guidelines.

Reliability Assist with tagging of serviceable assets on projects. Fill out data capture forms for equipment as needed. Interact with emaint (Computerized Maintenance Management Software) to ensure assets are properly entered into the system for future maintenance activities.

Engineering & Computer Aided Design Provide project engineering support to project managers on capital projects. Work with researchers and building occupants to develop scopes for small projects. Troubleshoot facility issues with Operations and Maintenance personnel.

Help with CAD design and changes for small projects. Validate equipment & process information out on the campus for engineers. What Skills You Need: Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities: Incumbent requirements are to be working on a B.S

in Engineering or equivalent. Preferably Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology. Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Management Diversity: Must be able to budget time effectively and efficiently to organize their workload. Human Relations: Interpersonal skills include interacting with Maintenance and Operations personnel, union and non-union contract labor and companies, management, engineering peers, and R&D personnel.
