About the Role:
Triunity Software is looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team in Shelby, MT. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful enterprise solutions, building and optimizing the ServiceNow platform for clients who depend on it every day. If you're passionate about automation, workflow design, and cutting-edge ITSM technology, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and platform enhancements
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other API technologies
  • Perform platform upgrades, patch management, and ongoing system maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow incidents, bugs, and performance issues
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and configurations

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide scripting within the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP APIs
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
