This internship opportunity is open to students currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

In the role of Power Delivery Engineering Intern, we'll count on you to:

  • Gain real-world experience on exciting projects
  • Connect with recent college graduates and our company leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs
  • Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures
  • Perform assignments under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager
  • Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
  • Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry
  • While students may be attending an accredited college or university outside of Hawaiʻi, preference will be given to candidates with strong Hawaiʻi roots and an interest in building their career in the state.

Due to the anticipated volume of applications, candidates are encouraged to apply by November 2026 to ensure timely consideration. While applications will continue to be reviewed throughout the recruitment process, internship selection decisions are expected to be finalized by December 2026
