Position Summary
We are looking for a Customer Delivery Manager (CDM) to join our team. The CDM position is a post-sales role that is customer facing, representing NFS to government customers. The CDM role entails working directly with end customers and in a consultative manner with other members of NFS (sales/pre-sales etc.), and Nokia business and product groups to deliver customer specific projects involving Nokia's products. We are looking for a CDM, who has limited to extensive network deployment experience with Nokia wireless networks, encompassing RAN, core and transport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directs all phases of projects from inception through completion
  • Accountable for seamless Customer Delivery (including HW, SW and Services)
  • Responsible for NFS contracted business financials (revenues, sales margin, costs and cash collection of HW, SW and Services).
  • Executive customer interface for NFS delivery, taking care of overall Customer satisfaction
  • Delivery accountability in line with contractual commitments and project handover.
  • Accountable for project portfolio performance and services performance reviews.
  • For project specific governance, CDM is expected to regularly align with Nokia BG Delivery Managers on project related issues and updates.
  • Guiding and securing delivery resourcing. Empowered to steer forecast and performance management work with Nokia BG Delivery teams or third-party service vendors, as required.
  • Project feedback and escalation. Provides performance feedback on meeting the commitments made by Nokia BGs and third-party service providers.
  • Manages and resolves internal and external delivery escalations.
  • Supports the definition of performance KPIs for projects and delivery, in line with the required deliverables and commitments.
  • Need to be able to work independently, and as a team member, and be responsible for acting as the technical lead when dealing with customers.
  • Perform other duties within job scope as necessary.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant professional experience.
  • Relevant project management experience in telecom industry, government, or equivalent military experience.
  • Fundamental to Expert understanding of end-to-end wireless technology (LTE/5G) and network components (RAN, core and transport)
  • Ability to manage many simultaneous small and high turnover projects
  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Data analysis and reporting skills
  • Strong communication, cross functional collaboration abilities and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Experience managing
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certifications such as PMP.
  • Experience supporting government contracts or regulated environments.
