Basic Qualifications Minimum 5 years of manufacturing assembly experience. Direct engineering/technician experience is a plus.

Strong knowledge of cables, subassembly, and cabinet manufacturing including equipment, materials, and quality control methods. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies Experience with crimpers, wire strippers, wire cutting equipment, and label equipment. Ability to walk up and down stairs, as well as stand for long periods of time, in order to access and troubleshoot equipment on the production floor Physical ability to lift, bend, and stretch in order to perform equipment maintenance and repairs Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings including schematics and wire run lists.

Desired Skills Associate's degree in Engineering technology, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or a related field Proficiency in CAD design tools, such as Creo or SolidWorks Experience programming and troubleshooting cable harness equipment Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards, such as IPC-A-620, J-STD-001 and MIL-STD-130 5 years of experience assemblies harness cables, subassemblies, or cabinet assemblies Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $57800.00 - $107400.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
