Concept2 seeks a creative individual to join our engineering team in our Morrisville, VT headquarters.Concept2 designs, manufactures, sells and services exercise equipment and carbon fiber racing oars worldwide.Candidates should have the ability to work in a team environment on all aspects of product design and developmentincludingdesk work,prototyping, testing,troubleshootingand product support.Weutilizea very wide range of tools, from traditional machine shop equipment tostate-of-the-artdesign software and 3D printing. This is a full-time, on-site positionlocatedin Morrisville, VT.


Responsibilities:

  • Productdesign,development,testing, analysis,andprototyping.
  • Troubleshootingand problem-solvingproduct quality issues that lead to product improvement
  • Supporting productionwith innovativemechanical and process solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strongcollaboration and communicationskills
  • Experience withSolidWorks 3DCAD/CAM softwareandengineering drawings
  • BS in Engineering and 1+ years of engineering experience preferred
  • Personal experience with Concept2 products preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A., now and in the future. Visa sponsorship is not

Compensation for this position consists of a salary range of $80,000-$110,000, depending on experience, plus participation in a quarterly variable wage program that is based on company and employee performance, which adds significantly to total compensation.
