You'll work alongside engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure every component performs exactly as designed before it reaches the customer.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Assemble precision mechanical and electro-mechanical fluid-control components
  • Perform functional and performance testing using pneumatic, hydraulic and calibration-fluid systems
  • Operate and maintain high-pressure test stands and pumps
  • Troubleshoot assemblies using structured diagnostic methods
  • Perform electrical verification using oscilloscopes and other electronic test equipment
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics and technical procedures
  • Conduct clean-room testing and particulate analysis when required
  • Record test results accurately and support continuous process improvements
  • Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area
  • Lift and move components up to 50 lbs. as needed

  • Experience assembling and testing mechanical or electro-mechanical equipment
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical documentation
  • Experience using precision measuring tools including torque wrenches, calipers and height gauges
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must meet U.S. Persons requirements

Preferred

  • Manufacturing or machining experience
  • Experience with high-pressure fluid, gas or cryogenic testing
  • Electrical testing experience including dielectric and insulation resistance testing
  • Clean-room manufacturing experience
  • Associate degree, technical certificate or vocational training in Engineering Technology
